One of the most common things I hear from people is this:

Rey, it’s cool that you meditate. I could never do that.
I mean, I do love to pray / reflect / relax / space out / etc. …
But I could never meditate.

To which I say:

Great. Let’s not meditate.
Let’s just do nothing.
